Sales Executive - Surgical Disposable Items

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell surgical disposable items across Kerala.
2. Identify and approach potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.

Location: All Kerala

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Previous sales experience preferred, but freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Willingness to travel within Kerala for client meetings and business development.
7. Basic understanding of surgical disposable items and the healthcare industry is a plus.
