Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales, with a focus on promoting healthcare services and products.
- You will represent Stepcare Group to clients, healthcare professionals, and institutions.
- Actively promote and sell Stepcare's services to customers, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify and acquire new customers by developing relationships with healthcare providers, institutions, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Drive business growth by generating leads and converting them into long-term customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential customers, healthcare providers, and institutions to create awareness of our services.
- Meet and exceed sales and business development targets by developing effective sales strategies and leveraging your network.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competition.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-up and support.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare.
- Location: Candidate should be based in Karnataka and willing to travel extensively within the region.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month
