Sales Executive

Sonalika Industries (A Unit of ICML) is a flagship company of International Tractors Limited (Sonalika Tractors) located in Ambikapur. The company customizes technologically superior Agri Implements to meet the critical soil and crop-centric requirements of farmers, with a focus on increasing productivity and income levels. Sonalika Industries manufactures a diverse range of implements, including Samrat Combine Harvester, Rotavator, Potato Planter, and more, at its world-class facility in Hoshiarpur, Punjab.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Sonalika Industries. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's advanced product portfolio of Agri Implements to farmers. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager.

• Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Experience in the agricultural or farming industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Agri Implements and farming practices
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
