Job Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end process of Business Development
- Handle Pre & Post Sales activity
- Coordination of Payment collection, Maintaining Reports
- On-line sales marketing
- Selling tender filing packages, lead generation, Converting Leads to Clients, Making Cold Calls & monthly sales target
- Business partner development activity
- Follow up with customers
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- Excellent Verbal & written communication with pleasing personality.
- Having interpersonal, presentation and customer service skills.
- Having experience in generating leads by cold calling.
- Good working knowledge of handling Corporate Clients.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to a high performing team environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Industry knowledge would be preferred.
