Associate at the position of Executive - Retail will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets for electrical fancy and commercial lights. This involves implementing strategies to attract customers, promoting products effectively, and closing sales thus by
ensuring excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
To provide product information, answer queries, and offer recommendations.- To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
To actively engage in selling electrical fancy and commercial lights.
- To meet or exceed sales targets set by the Section In Charge.
To upsell products and promote special promotions or discounts.- To stay informed about the features and benefits of electrical fancy and commercial lights.
To keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases
- To assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
To monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary.- To conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the Section In Charge.
To collaborate with the Section In Charge to create visually appealing displays.
- To work closely with colleagues to achieve overall retail objectives.
