Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for daily sales activities, including prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HR or staffing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR practices and staffing solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
