Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our services and capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management to track progress against targets and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
