Job Title: Sales Executive/Manager
Location: Delhi
Responsibilities:
· Product Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Textile Chemicals products, their applications, and current industry trends.
· Marketing Strategy: Collaborate in creating marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics to achieve sales targets.
· Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with customers, prospects, and industry partners to effectively promote products and solutions.
· Technical Support: Provide technical assistance, training, and product demonstrations to customers to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.
· Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, monitor competitor activities, and collect customer feedback to inform strategic marketing decisions.
· Sales Tracking: Monitor distributor sales, assess market share, and evaluate customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and growth.
· Dealer Communication: Regularly update dealers on new products, promotions, and company news to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to sell effectively.
· Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and dealers to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
· Support Provision: Supply dealers with necessary marketing materials, technical support, and exceptional customer service to enhance their sales efforts.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Experience: 4 years of experience in sales
