Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential customers and target markets for motion sensor products.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, and leveraging online resources.

Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and purchasing authority.

Consultative Selling:

Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand customer requirements.

Recommend motion sensor solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.

Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospects.

Highlight the features, benefits, and advantages of motion sensor products and solutions.

Customize proposals to address the unique requirements of each client and differentiate from competitors.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective customers to secure sales agreements.

Close deals and achieve sales targets within designated timeframes.

Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

Act as a trusted advisor and resource for customers regarding motion sensor technology and applications.

Market Analysis and Feedback:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to motion sensor technology.

Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new product offerings.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress towards goals, and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales

Strong knowledge of motion sensor technology, applications, and market trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
