Job Overview
We are searching for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at SDU BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Mangaluru, Hassan, Tumakuru, Mysuru, Bangalore Urban, Ramanagara, and Kolar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience in sales roles, particularly within the Food and Beverage industry.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales, particularly in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability in distributor appointing (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills to articulate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales strategy development to ensure consistent company growth.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management to maintain robust client relationships.
- Comprehensive product knowledge to educate customers and close deals efficiently.
- Proven track record in secondary sales to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Kannada Language is mandatory
- Two wheeler is mandatory
- Min rs. 20000 to Max salary Rs. 50000 per Month
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth.
- Identify and appoint new distributors in designated areas to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and sales performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective response to inquiries and complaints.
