Sales Executive

  • Job Description:


The Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving sales growth and revenue for the manufacturing company. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

  • Job Responsibilities:


-Identify and prospect potential clients within the manufacturing industry.

-Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

-Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.

-Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

-Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

-Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospects.

-Negotiate terms of agreements and contracts with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.

-Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

-Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports.

-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.

-Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

-Address client issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

-Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends.

-Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed.

-Educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of the company's offerings.

-Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to fulfill customer requirements.

-Communicate effectively with colleagues to share market insights, customer feedback, and sales strategies.

-Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

  • Job Requirements:


-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

-Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

-Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

-Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: 18,
  • 00 - 30,000.00 per month
