Job Description:
-Achieve booking, values, margin target and good CRM updates
-Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers, the contact persons.
-Accountable for very precise and timely back reporting of the work done according to the
process
-Responsible for regular update to reporting manager on all relevant information
-Prospect new customers and develop existing customers
-Develop business network within developers, main contractors, influencers (consultants,
building designers, architects)
-Provide advice on Customized products and services, specifications and value engineering
possibilities, Product differentiation
-Develop an accurate business pipeline, update timely, qualify projects in Active Portfolio
with high probability booking
-Ensure pipeline volume to achieve booking target
-Prepare business forecast monthly report with accuracy and take commitment for actual
bookings
-Comply with Standard company procedures for big and major projects follow up.
Educational Requirement:
-Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in any related core discipline.
-MBA(Marketing) will be an added advantage
