We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, hardworking and professional individual for our real estate firm who is experienced in property sales to clients and promote our business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make their career in real estate.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Generate leads/bookings for various projects from the Leads provided
2. Attending clients on site, Presenting the Project Specifications and addressing their queries.
3. Interact with clients to determine their property requirements
4. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically
5. Maintain good relationship with customer
6. Showing commercial properties and demonstrate the features and benefits of available homes & Preferably with experience in retail sales sector
Skills required :
- Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
