• Lead Generation: Proactively source potential clients in Vile Parle, Andheri East, and surrounding areas.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
• Property Showings: Conduct professional and informative site visits for prospective customers.
• Market Research: Stay current on market trends and property listings in your assigned area.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler license
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
