The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies for Retrofit Emission Control Devices (RECD). This role requires a strong technical understanding of emission control systems, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support product development and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for RECD products.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including industrial power users, power generation companies, and commercial building operators.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, and addressing technical queries.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions based on client needs.
- Marketing and Business Development:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote RECD solutions across targeted sectors.
- Work with the marketing team to create brochures, presentations, and digital content that effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Market Research:
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities for RECD products in emerging sectors such as healthcare, commercial real estate, and manufacturing.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
- Analyze sales performance and market data to refine strategies and optimize results.
