Job Summary:
Quick Sense Innovations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in Faridabad. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilitie :
- Identify potential business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs and offer tailored
product solutions.
- Effectively present and demonstrate Quick Sense Innovations product offerings to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update sales databases regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Must have experience in Electronic sensor industry
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduate degree (Any).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the home automation or electronics industry.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency MS Office Suite.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
