Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Propeye Technologies , your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our real estate analysis reports to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and increasing sales revenue. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate sector through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Product Presentation: Effectively demonstrate the value and benefits of Propeye Technologies Pvt Ltd real estate analysis reports to prospective clients.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with Propeye Technologies Pvt Ltd offerings.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate or tech industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
