Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Thalore LUXE in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably with a background in used cars and a passion for premium vehicles. This role involves driving sales of premium cars, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition:
- Promote and sell premium cars to potential customers.
- Identify and acquire new clients through various sales strategies and field visits.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional service to customers throughout the sales process.
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Stay well-informed about the features, benefits, and pricing of premium cars.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives for potential buyers.
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Implement strategies to capture market share and enhance sales opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on market conditions and product performance.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in automobile sales, with a focus on used cars and premium vehicles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to understand and articulate the features and benefits of premium vehicles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Any degree from a recognized institution.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in automobile sales, especially with used cars and premium vehicles.
