Experience: 2 4 years ( Used car experience & Automobile Experience)

Qualification: Any Degree

Salary : 15k to 20k + Incentive

Location : Thalore LUXE (Thrissur)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Thalore LUXE in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably with a background in used cars and a passion for premium vehicles. This role involves driving sales of premium cars, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Acquisition:
    • Promote and sell premium cars to potential customers.
    • Identify and acquire new clients through various sales strategies and field visits.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management:
    • Provide exceptional service to customers throughout the sales process.
    • Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation:
    • Stay well-informed about the features, benefits, and pricing of premium cars.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives for potential buyers.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Implement strategies to capture market share and enhance sales opportunities.
    • Provide regular feedback and reports on market conditions and product performance.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, including performance metrics and customer feedback.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in automobile sales, with a focus on used cars and premium vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the features and benefits of premium vehicles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in automobile sales, especially with used cars and premium vehicles.
