Job briefWe are looking for a high-performing Sr. Sales Engineer with Experience in selling any industrial products like bearings, Gear Boxes, Seals, Industrial Lubricants, Couplings, Chains, Belts / Solid Carbide Tools or any other Power Transmission Products from reputed international brands like TIMKEN, NSK, SKF, FAG, NTN, Nikki, Mobil, Shell, Gulf Oil, Castrol, Mitsubishi = MMCI Hard Metal , Motherson Sumitomo, Sandvik Cerement, Kennametal etc., and having worked with reputed Channel Partners/traders of these brands. Should have handled sales and marketing of any engineering these engineering brands and products to large engineering company in machine tool industries, auto ancillary industries etc.. Should have experience in handling and monitoring a team of Sales and Sr. Sales engineers and achieving team targets with a strong emphasis on new business development & customer retention. This Sales Professional should meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Business planning that expands companys customer base and ensure strong presence
- Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts and aware of new products and competition status.
- Requirements
- Education background of B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical Degree
- Having previous hard-core experience in the field of Sales & Marketing in selling industrial Products , consistently meeting or exceeding targets in selling industrial products, with an experience level of
- Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
