Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new international markets for our diagnostic products and
services, considering market potential and competition.
2. Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and engage with potential international clients, distributors,
and partners to establish strong business relationships.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans tailored to each target market,
with a focus on market penetration and revenue growth.
4. Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our diagnostic products and services to
effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to international clients.
5. Negotiation: Lead negotiations for sales agreements, pricing, and contract terms with international
clients and partners.
6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about global market trends, regulatory requirements, and
competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.
7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback for
management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven track record of success in international sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic
industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
