About the Company:

Pear System is a software design and development company that provides end-to -end application development and management services for web, mobile and GIS based in Noida, UP.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Sales executives identify prospects, maintain customer relationships and identify ways to grow the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct Market research to identify prospective clients and evaluate their needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media- Generate Leads

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Negotiate or close deals and handle complaints or objections

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

Proficiency in English and Hindi

Proficiency of software such as Guru, etc.

Knowledge of MS Office

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a result driven approach
