About the job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, identifying new sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, be able to communicate complex financial products or services to clients, and possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. A strong communication and interpersonal skills and a competitive spirit is required.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate new business by identifying and targeting prospective clients and developing sales strategies

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competition

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets

Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Knowledge of sales techniques and principles

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.
