Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Patidar Rajwadi Chai. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Patidar Rajwadi Chai products and services
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors products
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Qualifications
- 1-3 years carrying sales experience
- Fresher Can also Apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
- Ability to listen and solve problems
Education
- Any Gradation is Preferable
Salary
- Salary Range 15k - 20k,
- Incentive pay will be advantage
