This role requires a young and dynamic Sales Executive who will be required to manage clients effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties.
- Building profitable relationships with Clients.
- Generating leads for the business through effective communication.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
- Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Strong follow ups with the client.
- Accomplishing the set targets for this profile.
- Have strong business acumen to develop the business strategies and implementing them.
Skills and Qualities Needed in the Candidate
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Good command on English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Bike, Passport Laptop and a valid Driving License is must.
- Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Local area knowledge of Lucknow in depth. Natives of Lucknow will be preferred.
