We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with experience in the loan industry to join our team at OneNDF, a leading marketplace for secured loans. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of loan products and experience in managing the end-to-end loan process, from client acquisition to loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive loan sales by acquiring new clients and building relationships with businesses, MSMEs, and individuals seeking secured loan options.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, including loans against property and working capital loans.
- Manage the loan application process, ensuring smooth and timely approvals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services.
- Proven track record in selling loan products and closing deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
