Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up online or offline meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Mangers
Show the effective negotiation skills during telephonic / Personal Meeting and close
the sales as per the companys sales policy
Report to the Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Maintain and verify all order documents like Quotation (Pro-forma) PO, SO Etc in Sequential manner
Generate reference from existing client and collect the valuable Feedback
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
