This is an office job. Does not require field work.
KRAs:
- Corresponding with prospective clients on e-mail, phone, WhatsApp etc.
- Generating new leads and following up to receive inquiries
- Preparing and sending quotations and proforma invoices
- Timely follow ups to convert inquiries into orders
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch
- Communicating order & dispatch status updates to clients
- Submitting timely and accurate reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail writing, Google sheets etc.
- Basic knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of export sales will be an added advantage
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
