Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Executive will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, helping to promote products or services and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospect clients, and create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling, emails, and networking to generate new business and convert leads into clients.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects to close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Regularly check in with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations & Product Demos:
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of the company's products or services to potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
  • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to refine sales strategies and close deals effectively.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Use market insights to identify opportunities for growth and recommend improvements to sales strategies.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on pipeline progress, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Support:
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Continuously track progress against goals and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in Sales (typically 1-3 years of experience).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
