About Niro:

Niro is an embedded consumer lending Fintech solution. The company's vision is to enable consumer internet platforms to become providers of competitive, frictionless, and innovative (and other financial) credit products for their end consumers. By providing customised credit offerings, Niro empowers these internet platforms to drive engagement, create value, and in turn generate greater revenues.

We are looking for experienced, passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.

  • Your responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media
Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews & reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of licences or stocks for sales and demonstrations
Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery & customer specifications to their managers
  • Collaborate with team members; gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team to achieve better results
Record sales & order information and report the same to the internal team
  • Keep a track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team


  • Skill sets/Experience we require:
1-5 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive
  • Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach
Fluent with multiple languages : Hindi & South Indian language(s) mandatory
  • Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,
  • 00 - 22,000.00 per month
