Location: Majestic Head Office, 203, B G Lonkar Rd, NIBM Undri Road, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411048

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Overview

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and managing client relationships. This role involves daily client interactions, managing site visits, and supporting the sales process to ensure successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Client Calls: Conduct daily calls to potential and existing clients to discuss property options and address inquiries.

Site Visits: Arrange and schedule site visits for clients on a weekly basis, ensuring that visits are well-organized and productive.

Sales Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Deal Closure: Work closely with the Sales Manager to finalize deals and close sales effectively.

Property Pitch: Deliver persuasive property pitches over the phone to generate interest and attract potential buyers.

Revenue Generation: Contribute to revenue generation by meeting sales targets and exploring new business opportunities.

Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
