PRWireNow, a leading press release distribution company, is looking for a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive our sales department to new heights. This role is crucial for leveraging our press release solutions to maximize sales through effective team management and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven sales track record.
- Prospecting : Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in our newswire services.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, marketing challenges, and target audience. Offer customized press release & news solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations outlining the benefits of our PR services, including features, pricing, Tailor proposals to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and ongoing support. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Public relation & marketing. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth. Share insights and recommendations with the sales and marketing teams to inform strategic decision-making.
- Requirements:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing or advertising industry.- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
