Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Neon Attack. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales deals. You will communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with the best neon sign solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels including WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media to generate leads.
  • Educate customers about our product offerings, customization options, and benefits to drive sales conversions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the D2C, eCommerce or Product Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and connect with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of LED neon signs and the ability to explain their benefits to clients
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
