1. Survey of Luxury High Rise Locations: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify prime locations with a high concentration of luxury residences. Utilize this data to target potential clients who are in need of our interior design services.

2. Broker/Channel Partner Management: Forge strong relationships with brokers and channel partners within the luxury real estate sector. Organize and coordinate meetings to showcase our offerings and explore collaboration opportunities.

3. Client Outreach and Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking events. Invite interested parties to visit our display center or schedule meetings with our interior design team to discuss their needs.

4. Client Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process of selecting and customizing their interior furnishings. Educate clients about the quality, craftsmanship, and unique features of our products to ensure a personalized and seamless experience.

5. Database Management and Lead Generation: Maintain a comprehensive database of existing and potential clients. Continuously identify and pursue new leads through market research, referrals, and networking efforts.

6. Follow-Up and Conversion: Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and convert them into satisfied customers. Stay proactive in addressing any questions or concerns raised by clients, providing timely updates and personalized recommendations.

7. Client Feedback and Satisfaction: Regularly solicit feedback from clients to assess their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Use this feedback to refine our products and services, ensuring that we consistently exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:*

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience in business development, preferably within the luxury interior design or real estate industry.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive results independently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

-Should have his own 2 Wheeler. Fuel allowance will be provided
