About the founder Tejas Jhaveri:
Tejas used to run an eCommerce company called flintstop.com which he built from ideation to acquisition stage single-handedly. His eCommerce company's journey began with Rs. 3 lakhs and zero knowledge and scaled up to over $2M in revenue and more than 12,000 orders/day. Now, he offers his expertise and insights to multiple upcoming eCommerce ventures with his eCommerce agency - Myntmore where he's consulted and implemented strategies for more than 200 companies to build their digital footprint and increase their online sales. Tejas is also a TEDx Speaker, an angel investor in upcoming startups, a system integrator, and teaches eCommerce in various renowned B-Schools across India.
What You'll Do:
- Find the Stars: Spot potential clients (we're talking high-level executives, startup founders, doctors, lawyers the whole crew) and reach out to help them discover the magic of personal branding.
- Master the CRM Game: You'll be the go-to for managing our CRM system like a boss. Keep it organised, updated, and full of valuable insights so our sales game stays strong.
- Be the Client's Bestie: Build amazing relationships with clients, understand their needs, and show them how Myntmore can take their LinkedIn game to the next level.
- Sales Strategising : Collaborate with the team to tweak and improve sales strategies, pitches, and outreach. We're all about fresh ideas and thinking outside the box!
- Close Like a Pro: Turn leads into clients by guiding them through the process, handling any objections like a breeze, and closing those deals.
- Stay Organized: Keep track of your leads, follow-ups, and conversions so nothing falls through the cracks. You've got this!
Who You Are:
- You've got 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in branding, marketing, or B2B services, and you're excited to use it.
- Are familiar with Zoho CRM/Willing to learn it.
- A natural communicator who can make anyone feel at ease and build connections quickly.
- Confident when it comes to negotiation and closing deals.
- Self-driven and organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once (multitasking like a pro!).
- Passionate about personal branding, digital marketing, and helping others stand out.
- A team player who loves collaborating and bouncing ideas off others.
- Most importantly, you love working in a fun, fast-paced, and supportive environment.
Skills We're After:
- Sales Skills: You know the ins and outs of sales, especially in client-facing roles.
- CRM Mastery: You can / are willing to learn how to navigate CRM systems like a champ, keeping everything on track.
