Job Description

Job Title: Sales/Business Development Executive (1 + Years of experience) IT/SAAS/Business lead

Location: India- Remote

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as a Sales/Business Development Executive who can also handle administrative and account management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (Email, networking, cold calling, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.

2.Account Management:

  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address client queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships.

3.Administrative Support:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage and process documentation, contracts, and invoices.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.

4.Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor client payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to manage invoices and ensure accurate financial records.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
