Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (Email, networking, cold calling, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
2.Account Management:
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Regularly follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships.
3.Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and scheduling meetings.
- Manage and process documentation, contracts, and invoices.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
4.Financial Oversight:
- Monitor client payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with the finance department to manage invoices and ensure accurate financial records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
