Job Title: Sales Executive - Weight Loss Medicine
  • Location: South Delhi
  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for health and wellness. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our weight loss medicine directly to customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales of weight loss medicines to individual customers and businesses.
  • Customer Outreach: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, online platforms, and networking.
Product Presentation: Demonstrations to potential customers, clearly explaining the benefits, usage, and efficacy of the weight loss medicine.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to provide valuable feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or wellness industry.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • A passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus.
