Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at the mobile shop. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our range of mobile phones and accessories.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Stay updated on the latest mobile phone models, features, and accessories.
  • Educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Store Operations Support:
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Help with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.
Contribute to achieving store sales goals and objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty
  • Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve overall store objectives.
  • Support other team members and provide assistance as needed.
  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile technology and gadgets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Working Conditions:
Full-time may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods may be required.
