We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at the mobile shop. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our range of mobile phones and accessories.
Sales and Customer Service:- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Stay updated on the latest mobile phone models, features, and accessories.- Educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.
- Store Operations Support:
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.- Help with inventory management, including stock replenishment and stocktaking.
Contribute to achieving store sales goals and objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve overall store objectives.- Support other team members and provide assistance as needed.
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile phone industry.- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile technology and gadgets.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
Full-time may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Standing and walking for extended periods may be required.
