Roles & Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for working on booking or reservations enquiry received through calls/chats by customer. Should be responsible to help the customer in packaging and planning for their holidays/ stays. Taking Inbound Reservation booking for the resorts and properties for Indian as well as international clients. Achieving assigned targets aggressively by tapping on the leads appropriately and with strong follow up. Creating a good rapport with the client and maintaining the same. Confirming the status of Clients bookings or reservations as well as ensuring smooth cancellation process. Communicating effectively with the Customers and timely updating them the status of booking. Processing room reservations in tandem with the guest query. Reconfirmation of the reservations either by call or email. Skills and Job Requirements: Male/Female candidatescan apply. Should be comfortable to work in Rotational shift, including Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. Rotational weekly off on Monday /Tuesday / Wednesday Must have strong zeal, will power and aggressive approach to chase and crack the target. Applicant should be a Graduate. Freshers / Experienced with Excellent spoken as well as written communication skills. Smart, well versed in English. Experience: 1 to 3 years in Tele Sales Background Preverbally from Hospitality/ Travel booking Industry.
