Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to Kannur, Kottayam, Alappuzha and Bangalore. his role is focused on selling medical-surgical products and services to healthcare organizations. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and negotiating contracts. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with a preference for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in a sales role.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA freshers or experience
- surgical /Healthcare industry experienced people with graduation
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong customer relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations to promote and sell medical-surgical products and services
- Identify new opportunities and develop strategies for acquiring new business
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors offerings
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
