Jet Set Jobs is looking for a versatile individual to take on the dual role of Counsellor and Field Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for counselling prospective candidates on our language training programs and job opportunities in Japan and Germany, as well as executing field marketing activities to promote our programs.
Field Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our programs and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, such as job fairs, seminars, and workshops.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Create marketing collaterals, such as brochures, posters, and social media content.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target audiences.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in counselling, field marketing, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
