Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Business Development Executive (BDE) to convert generated leads into sales, focusing on B2B clients such as restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth for Maleo Foods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the BDE to follow up on qualified leads and turn them into sales opportunities.
- Engage with restaurants, cafes, and food outlets to understand their requirements and present the benefits of Maleo Foods products.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients, showcasing product offerings and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on the status of ongoing sales efforts.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the FMCG, Foods & Beverages, or Frozen Food industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, especially in the restaurant and food service sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain lasting business relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with lead management systems and CRM tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
