Your role as a sales executive is to sell a company's products and services to individuals, businesses, and government organizations. Sales may be domestic, international, or a combination of both as well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business, you'll strive to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Responsibilities:
1. Build good working relationships.
2. Understand the needs of your business customers.
3. Research the market and related products.
4. Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
5. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
6. Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
7. Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
8. Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
9. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
10. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
11. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
12. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Graduation degree.
