Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and furniture, with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. As a Sales Executive at Nook, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and delivering outstanding service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Nook's offerings.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Nook's product range, including features, benefits, and unique selling points. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our furniture.

- Negotiation: Handle negotiations and close sales deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Nook. Manage contracts and follow-up activities to secure and finalize sales.

- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the team on market demands and opportunities for product development.

- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market insights. Prepare regular reports for management.

- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with furniture design, trends, and market dynamics. Ability to understand and communicate product features and benefits effectively.

- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
