Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Responsible for business development
- Handling sales, marketing and business development, customer techno- commercial services activities
- Responsible for sales generation for the Adhesives, Catalyst, Thermosetting Resins(Unsaturated Polyester resin, Vinyl esters), Glass Fiber, Mold Release agent, Core materials
- Complete understanding of all the products and services offered
- Respond to sales queries of prospective customers
- Follow through with customers for collections and ensure collection targets are met on a timely basis
- Provide daily reports to leadership
- Identify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and existing customers
- Analyze market trends / requirements, and recommend changes to leadership for future opportunities
- Expand the product / service offerings to increase the market share
- Action and own the business plans laid by the leadership to meet defined sales targets
Customer Relationship
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns
- Periodical visits to customers to seek feedbacks, suggestions and future business opportunities
- Communicate new product launch to customers through mailers / sms.
