Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts by targeting nearby projects to promote the Lighting Management System by Lutron.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and sales tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a strong presence in the market and consistently achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Diploma in Electronics/Automation.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the lighting automation industry (Lighting Automation Controllers, Lighting & Appliance Controls, Lighting Automation Sensors, Ventilation, Blind Opener Systems).
- Proven track record of managing a sales territory and meeting targets.
- Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the lighting industry or a related field is a plus.
