Le Roma Gardenia, a prestigious hospitality brand, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales revenue by promoting our hotel and its services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and actively prospect for new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and secure new accounts
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and offer tailor-made solutions to clients
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Le Roma Gardenia and build a strong network of contacts within the industry
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to the management team
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in sales roles, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong presentation and persuasive skills, with the ability to showcase the value proposition of Le Roma Gardenia
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to travel for business purposes as required
