Role Description:

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including customer service, communication, and organization. This is a full-time WFH role for a Sales Executive at Launch Pilot. We are seeking a Sales Executive with up to 0-2 years of experience to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, results-driven, and responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales deals thereby capable of building strong client relationships. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
