Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:Actively engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales.
  • Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively assist customers.
  • Showroom Maintenance:Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with products properly displayed and priced.
  • Sales Targets:Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets set by management.
  • Inventory Management:Assist in managing stock levels, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring products are available for customers.
  • Sales Documentation:Prepare and process sales invoices, receipts, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Marketing Support:Participate in promotional activities, such as product demonstrations and special sales events, to attract and engage customers.
  • Customer Follow-Up:Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry, is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Customer-Focused:Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Sales Skills:Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Product Knowledge:Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product information.
  • Team Player:Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive team
