Sales Executive (Kozhikode)

• Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales in both wholesale and retail channels by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our Home & Kitchen Accessories products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

Market Expansion: Identify new markets and customer segments to expand our market reach and increase sales.Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve revenue targets.

• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.

Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future strategies.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the retail/wholesale sector, preferably in Home & Kitchen Accessories.

• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools is a plus.
