Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at KODS in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for anticipating and responding to changing business conditions, promoting and selling IT solutions to enterprises, and establishing KODS as a superior provider of IT solutions. Daily tasks include client interactions, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Client relationship management skills
  • Understanding of IT solutions and software development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Kannada & Hindi
